Por eso, vamos a prepararnos mentalmente y haremos entrenamientos v\u00eda Zoom. S\u00e9 que tienes espacio limitado en tu casa para entrenar, pero al menos la coreo s\u00e9 que la tienes bien insertada en tu cabeza. \u00a1As\u00ed que ya tienes mucho recorrido ganado!<br>&#8211; \u00a1Gracias Emek\u00e1! ma\u00f1ana entonces me conecto a las 9 y empezamos esta rutina a distancia. Un saludo master!<br>-Un abrazo Eisy, hasta ma\u00f1ana!<br>\u00a0<br>As\u00ed es como empec\u00e9 a reorganizar mis pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, aislada, con mi habitaci\u00f3n como gimnasio, echando de menos el suelo acolchado y a algunos de mis compa\u00f1eros de entrenamiento.
